Our attorneys represent clients in contested or disputed estates. This includes traditional will contests, which involve the competency of the decedent or undue influence but also includes various issues which may arise during administration. For example, we represent clients in matters pertaining to the interpretation of will or trust language. We also assist beneficiaries who may not be receiving estate information in a complete or timely manner. We help beneficiaries who have not received property they are entitled to receive under a will or trust.
